Who we are

I graduated from IIT Guwahati and completed my MBA from IIM Calcutta in 2006. Thereafter, I pursued a successful career in investment banking in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Ever since I returned to India, I now find myself drawn to the divinity and tranquil beauty of Kandakhal near Lansdowne. This picturesque village, with its lush pine forests, sweeping hills, and breathtaking skies, captured my heart and imagination. Inspired by the idyllic setting and a desire to foster a close-knit, sustainable community, I am embarking on this project to create a haven where like minded individuals can embrace a harmonious lifestyle. Kandakhal embodies the perfect canvas for this vision, and I am excited to bring it to life.

This new venture follows my previous project, Charaktaal Eco Village, which sold out in record time.
